Warranty Registration

All hairstyling tools include a 1-year warranty.

Please keep your receipt and the original packaging as proof of purchase. You must retain your receipt to be eligible for a warranty.

Warranty claims sent to contact@relaxusbeauty.com. We require digital images of the styling tool and a copy of your original receipt.

In replacement cases, payment is required to cover the shipping and handling costs (price dependent on location).
